Verbal Consultation — $200
Live walkthrough with actionable tips. You take notes as we guide you through each room.

Written Consultation — $300
All the benefits of the verbal consultation plus a detailed, easy-to-follow report delivered within 24 hours.

Redesign — $500 – $750
After your prep, we come back to rearrange your furniture and add select accessories—no rentals needed—to create a fresh, inviting home buyers will love.

Support Staging

For something between a consultation and full-service staging, we offer Support Staging—a one-time service priced between $650 – $1,250, depending on your home’s size. It’s ideal for vacant homes where you want a professional plan but prefer to handle the setup yourself.

What we do:

  • A walkthrough to assess your space
  • A detailed floorplan showing where to place everything
  • We will select new furniture and decor within an agreed upon budget to be shipped to your home, for you to then assemble and place according to the floorplan we provide
  • Tips to create a high-end look for less

You avoid rental fees, delivery costs, and installation teams—saving as much as $2,000 to $10,000 without sacrificing style.

For homes in the Greater Boston area, we can stop by before the first open house to make final adjustments or add a few finishing touches if needed.

Full Staging Service
